Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and bpo77 ("Platform", "we", "our"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the bpo77 platform — whether through the website at bpo77.fun, the Android or iOS mobile app, or any other medium we provide — you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by all terms contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are required to stop using the bpo77 platform immediately and not register a new account. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Member Eligibility

To register and use the bpo77 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is fully prohibited under local law.
• Never been placed on a self-exclusion list or gaming ban list by any recognised platform.
• Act on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.

Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active bpo77 account. Account registration is free and requires the following information: full name as shown on your ID, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and a strong password.

You are fully responsible for:

• Ensure all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date.
• Keep your account password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Notify the bpo77 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including transactions carried out using your credentials.

Bpo77 reserves the right to reject registration applications or close existing accounts without any obligation to state a reason, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

Deposit & Withdrawal

Bpo77 supports a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and instant interbank transfers. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is as stated on the deposit page and is subject to change from time to time.
• Deposited funds are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation of payment.
• Bpo77 does not charge any processing fees on deposits.
• You may only deposit funds from legitimate sources and in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes for bank transfers and e-wallets.
• KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is approved. Please provide valid identity documents when requested.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your bpo77 account.
• Bpo77 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review purposes, particularly where suspicious activity is detected on the account in question.

Bonus & Promotions

Bpo77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, free spins, weekly cashback, and a VIP loyalty programme. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms stated on their respective promotion pages.

General terms applicable to all bpo77 bonuses:

• Rollover requirement (wagering requirement): All bonuses have rollover requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from bonus funds. The rollover rate is clearly stated for each promotion.
• Validity period: All bonuses have a validity period. Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically with no compensation.
• One active bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active at a time, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward rollover requirements. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse policy: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or betting techniques that circumvent rollover requirements — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

Game Rules

All games on bpo77 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and audited by independent third-party bodies. Every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by bpo77 or by players.

• Game results displayed on the platform are final and binding.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, bpo77 reserves the right to declare the affected round void and return the wagered amount to your account.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable during play. bpo77 is not liable for any losses resulting from connection disruptions on the player's end.
• Confirmed and accepted bets cannot be cancelled by the player.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot game is stated in the respective game information and is accessible to all members.

Member Conduct

Bpo77 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. The following are therefore strictly prohibited on the bpo77 platform:

• Using bots, automation tools, scripts, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Any form of fraud, manipulation, collusion, or misconduct intended to exploit the bpo77 system.
• Using another person's credit card or bank account to make a deposit without the owner's authorisation.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or interfere with the bpo77 security systems.
• Spreading false or misleading information about bpo77 to any third party.
• Using the bpo77 platform for any money laundering or other illegal activities.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.

Privacy & KYC

Bpo77 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be read in full at Privacy Policy page. In summary:

• Your data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers.
• Bpo77 does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is mandatory for all members before their first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include a national ID or passport, a recent bank statement, and proof of address.
• Bpo77 may share your information with the relevant authorities where required by law or court order.

Limitation of Liability

The bpo77 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. bpo77 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of game outcomes, including valid wagers lost.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, unexpected technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Loss of data or account access resulting from a player's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
• Financial decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform.

Bpo77's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Account Termination

By the member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the bpo77 support team. Before the account is closed, any eligible real money balance will be processed for withdrawal, subject to the completion of any outstanding bonus rollover requirements.

By bpo77: bpo77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any terms of this Agreement.
• Bpo77 receives instruction from the relevant authorities to do so.
• There is evidence or suspicion that your account has been used for fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Changes to Terms

Bpo77 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. The "Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Applicable Law

This agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bpo77 is registered and operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties before any formal legal action is taken.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be removed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
